Darryl Vice

Darryl has more than 20 years’ experience as a California licensed real estate appraiser with Vice Appraisal Company, and 16 years as co-founder, owner and licensed salesperson of Vice Properties, Inc. With diverse experience valuing large rural, residential and commercial properties throughout the North Bay, Darryl specializes in ranches, vineyards, investment properties and development projects. Scott Murphy

Scott has been a licensed real estate agent since 1974, and owns a 200-acre ranch 14 miles west of Petaluma in Northwestern Marin County — just one mile west of the Sonoma-Marin County line. Scott brings a unique level of experience to his clients, offering expertise in property value assessment, understanding each buyer and seller’s needs and applicable zoning issues.
